  • What is the process for creating a bespoke piece?
    Our bespoke jewellery process includes: 1. Initial Video Consultation: Share your vision with us, including design ideas, materials, and budget. 2. Design Creation: We’ll provide a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for approval. 3. Production: Once the design is finalised, we craft your piece to perfection. 4. Delivery: Your jewellery will be delivered securely to your door.
  • How long does the process take?
    The average turnaround time from design finalisation to delivery is 2 months. Please plan accordingly for special occasions.
  • Can I make changes to the design after approval?
    • Small design changes that do not affect the CAD structure are free. • Significant structural changes require a new CAD and an additional £50 fee. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Is the CAD cost included in the final price?
    Yes, the £50 CAD fee will go towards the final cost of your custom piece.
  • What are your delivery options?
    • UK Orders: Delivered via next-day special delivery. • International Orders: Delivered in 2 weeks via special delivery (subject to customs delays). All delivery and packaging costs are covered by us.
  • Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
    At Inara of London, we exclusively use lab-grown Diamonds. They're 100% as real as their natural counterparts without the heavy downsides. Our stones are: • Ethical: Avoiding the environmental and social harm associated with mining. • Safe: Produced in controlled environments, ensuring high quality and precision. • Beautiful: Lab-grown gemstones possess the same brilliance, durability, and composition as mined stones. By choosing lab-grown gemstones, we priorities sustainability without compromising on beauty.
  • What metals do you use?
    We can create your bespoke jewellery using Solid Yellow Gold and White Gold.
  • How do I care for my jewellery?
    To ensure your jewellery remains in pristine condition: • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. • Store your pieces in the packaging provided. • Clean gently with a soft cloth or jewellery cleaner.
  • How do I find out my ring size?
    Well let's find that out for you! You can purchase one of our ring sizers before purchasing a ring. *Please note, if your shipping address is outside of the UK your ring sizer will be subject to standard shipping charges. We will get in touch to arrange payment for the shipping of your ring sizer.
  • Can you accommodate urgent orders?
    If you need a piece sooner than our standard timeframe, please contact us to discuss. We’ll do our best to assist, but additional fees may apply.
  • Do I get proof of authentication document with my order?
    All our diamonds over one carat come with a proof of authentication certificate for free. All other requests can be made privately and tested for authentication through a third party outside of Inara Of London.
  • Do you offer refunds or returns on custom jewellery?
    Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds on our bespoke, made to order (including ready in 6 weeks) and resized rings.
