1. Initial Video Consultation: Share your vision with us, including design ideas, materials, and budget.

2. Design Creation: We’ll provide a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for approval.

3. Production: Once the design is finalised, we craft your piece to perfection.

4. Delivery: Your jewellery will be delivered securely to your door.

The average turnaround time from design finalisation to delivery is 2 months. Please plan accordingly for special occasions.

• Small design changes that do not affect the CAD structure are free.

• Significant structural changes require a new CAD and an additional £50 fee.

Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Yes, the £50 CAD fee will go towards the final cost of your custom piece.

• UK Orders: Delivered via next-day special delivery.

• International Orders: Delivered in 2 weeks via special delivery (subject to customs delays).

All delivery and packaging costs are covered by us.
